Safety Features:

Burlingame Senior Homes are located in prime neighborhoods of Burlingame [Easton Addition and Mills Estate], they are Secure and Safe Facilities equipped with:

Fire alarm system
Theft alarm and exit monitoring system on all exterior doors.
Nurse call (emergency alarm system) at all beds.
All alarms systems are local audible for the in-house care and connected to the facility administrator, as well as local fire, emergency, and health agencies via a 24-hour alarm monitoring system.
24/7 In-house Care-giver and On-call Supervisor.

	Our Dementia Waiver allows us to serve most elderlies with cognitive impairment. Our Hospice Waiver allows us to serve the elderlies in every stage of their living.

	In Burlingame senior home, we are not just a care provider to our elder residents; we fill the empty space of their families.
	We provide individual and personal attention, love, and care to all our residents to give them hope to live with dignity and self dependency.
	BSH is a small six residents RCFE, therefore it is possible for the Administrator to provide individual care and attention to all of its residents.
	We constantly study new medical researches regarding care of the elderly and adjust our operations [activities, diets, and group/individual programs] to comply with such findings to serve our residents in the best possible way.
	Burlingame Senior Home is a full service facility. Upon request of families, we handle all of the residents needs such as:
	Visits and consultation with their physicians to work with the health service agencies to find the best treatment for the resident. Provide in-home services such as hair dresser, private phone line, in room cable TV, etc In emergencies, we shall never leave our residents alone. We fill the missing space of their families, accompany them to health care services, and stay with them until their families arrive. We shall continue to maintain our close relation with them during their treatment until they are fully recovered and returned home.
