PECULIAR SERVICES OF BSH

Burlingame Senior Home is the only Elderly Care Home that inclusively has added the following Services to the content of its regular Basic Services at No  Additional Charge to its Residents.

  HEALTH CARE MANAGEMENT/ASSISTANCE

 Although BSH is a no-medical service provider to the elderly, but to assist the busy families of our elderly residents, we take over the responsibility of the Residents’ family in regards to the care of their aged loved ones, by:

Forming a joint coalition with the Resident’s Primary Physician, Specialists, Family members, the Nurses, and any other Care Providers;

Carry-out all the communications, coordination, and Reporting between all the said members of the coalition; and

Pursues the professionals’ input and their exchange of views until a final conclusion in regards to the preferred care-plan for the Resident’s well-being is reached.

Faye Ehsanipour, the Administrator of Burlingame Senior Homes with many years of hands-on experience in nursing and care of the elderly is personally and actively involved in the day-to-day care of all residents.

The Administrator of BSH accompanies all Residents to their Medical visits. As she’s fully and 100% cognizant of the detail of the Residents health conditions, she’ll report all the issues including the current drug reactions plus the effectiveness of current treatments to the physicians  in order to set the most effective treatment and care-plan for the Residents.

Although our facility encourages the Residents family to join the Administrator in all of the medical and emergency exams and/or visits; yet, for the busy families who may not always be available all the times, the Administrator may manage all such care and services, communicate the concerns of the family to the professionals and report the results back to the families.

Our years of experience have proved that this care process best meets the families busy schedule and because of the timely visits of the health professionals is in the best interest of the Residents.
